Overview

More than a good bird dog

Solitaire had the credentials, the bloodlines, and the results. What it needed was a brand that showed why its dogs were different. We built the story around the things that set Solitaire apart: dogs raised in the heart of grouse country, extensive attention to health and genetics, a thoughtful training philosophy, nationally competitive performance, and a relationship with the dogs that goes well beyond the kennel.

THE CHALLENGE

Solitaire was already producing and training remarkable dogs, but much of that story lived offline. There was no strong place to showcase available dogs, demonstrate their abilities, explain the breeding and training philosophy, or communicate the level of care behind every animal.

OUR SOLUTION

We created a visual and digital presence built around care, performance, and place—giving Solitaire a distinctive logo, photography, and a website where prospective owners could get to know the dogs, understand the philosophy, and see what makes the kennel different.

Brand Identity

Solitaire

The Upper Peninsula isn't simply where Solitaire is located. It's part of the advantage.

Where the story comes together

Solitaire needed more than an online kennel listing. We structured the website around the questions prospective owners actually have: Who are the dogs? How are they raised? What makes them different? Which dogs or puppies are available?

Dedicated content gives each dog room for its own story, photography, lineage, facts, and availability while broader pages explain Solitaire's philosophy and approach.

Care, Training & Performance.

Meet them in their element

We planned the photography around the complete Solitaire experience—not just portraits of dogs. The shoot was designed to capture Kelly working with the animals, everyday care, kennel and farm environments, field training, and hunting scenarios that show the dogs doing what they were bred to do.

The imagery helps show an important part of the Solitaire philosophy: these aren't dogs that only perform in the field. They're partners that live alongside Kelly, ride with her, train with her, and become part of the family.

I can't say enough about this company's ability to capture the essence of a business, whether large or small.
