NAMING
Savu... say who?
SAVU, pronounced saw-vu, means smoke in Finnish. As a person of 100% Finnish descent, Adam embodies the traditional Finnish values of being hard-working, having sisu (grit), and striving for simplicity.
Why smoke? Smoke coming out of a chimney tells us that a house is a home. A fire has been lit. A family is inside, safe and warm. Adam thrives on finding and selling houses that become homes.
Strikingly simple. Brilliantly bold. A near-monotone brand that lingers long after it's out of sight.

The Savu Realty website can only try to live up to reality. From Featured Properties to Current Listings to glowing testimonials, the Monte team crafted the website to speak the truth: Adam goes above and beyond for his clients.
A live Google map highlights the houses he's sold. Well-placed buttons offer multiple ways to get in contact. There's even a call-to-action built around Adam's business cards--they really are the best (see more below).
