OVERVIEW
Building a destination
Sandstone Terrace was creating something new for downtown Iron Mountain: an outdoor rooftop bar, live music venue, and flexible event space. We brought the pieces together through logo refinement, web design, and video—creating a more cohesive presence built to promote private events, public gatherings, and whatever came next.

THE CHALLENGE
Sandstone Terrace was still defining both the space and the experience. The existing logo had readability issues, while the new website needed to introduce an unfamiliar rooftop venue, explain its location, promote events, and remain flexible as operations evolved.
OUR SOLUTION
We strengthened the existing identity rather than starting over, then carried that clearer visual direction into an event-driven website and promotional video. Together, the pieces gave Sandstone a stronger way to show people what it is, what’s happening, and why they should come up.

Rather than starting new, the refresh made the identity clearer, more balanced, and easier to use.

THE WEBSITE
Putting the Terrace on the map
The website had an important first job: tell visitors what Sandstone Terrace is, where it is, and what can happen there.
We built the experience around events while making room for Terrace Hours, private bookings, galleries, location information, parking, reviews, and seasonal updates. Individual event pages gave Sandstone Terrace a flexible way to promote everything from live music to special gatherings without turning the site into a complicated reservation system.

Inspired Spaces, in Motion
Some spaces make more sense once you see people using them. We headed to Iron Mountain to capture Sandstone Terrace during a live event, pairing footage of the rooftop bar and lounge with a live client voiceover that introduces the space and the experience waiting upstairs.
