Showing what care feels like
Omega House provides hospice, respite, and grief support in a home-like environment, but many families don't learn about its services until they're suddenly facing difficult decisions. They needed a digital presence that could answer practical questions while giving families a genuine sense of the people, spaces, and compassion waiting for them.

THE CHALLENGE
Omega House's existing website was difficult and costly to update, required too many clicks, and didn't give the organization enough freedom to keep content current.
OUR SOLUTION
We simplified the experience around the questions people actually have: What is Omega House? What does it feel like? Is there space available? What does it cost? How do we begin?
The website
Less searching. More understanding.
For families encountering Omega House for the first time, the website needed to feel reassuring rather than overwhelming.
We reorganized the content into a clearer hierarchy, reduced unnecessary clicks, and created stronger pathways to hospice, respite, grief support, volunteering, donations, publications, and admissions information. The mobile experience was especially important for families and referral sources who may be searching from a phone during an already stressful moment.
COMPASSION, CAPTURED
Showing the care behind the care
Feels like home
Omega House wanted the website to feel like a tour of the facility—and that meant showing much more than rooms.
We carefully planned photography around the moments that define the experience: staff supporting families, volunteers preparing food, quiet conversations, music, massage therapy, human touch, peaceful spaces, and the small acts of hospitality that make Omega House feel like home.
Photography Showcase
Photos that create feeling
From quiet resident spaces to people simply being present for one another, the imagery gives future residents and families a glimpse of what Omega House is really like—not just what services it provides.
Sharing the Stories
Letting people tell them.
While developing the new website, one thing became clear: the story of Omega House couldn't be told through service descriptions alone. We captured interviews and supporting footage that bring forward the voices of the people who created, work within, and care deeply about Omega House. The video became a way to introduce visitors to the organization's heart while complementing the practical information elsewhere on the site.
