Shift Toward Rich Media

MTU Policy & Community Video

As younger generations shift preference toward rich media consumption, departments across the Michigan Tech campus are turning to video to introduce their programs and degrees to students. The Department of Social Sciences was seeking a video to highlight their Policy and Community Development major - showcasing the infectious passion of the students and faculty alike. We helped accomplish this through b-roll footage of the hands-on elements of the degree program and the work students are doing on and off campus that enact change for richer communities and paired that with student and faculty interviews.

Be the change

MTU Sustainability Science & Society

Students appreciate the knowledge of the faculty and the hands-on research experiences they receive as part of the program of Sustainability Science and Society in the Social Sciences Department. The Department wanted to highlight those student experiences and build them up through faculty interviews with engaging b-roll. Our team again conducted interviews on campus and in our Houghton, Michigan studio and drove the Keweenaw for the captivating courses and labs before compiling a video that makes potential students feel at home.

Steeped in History

MTU Anthropology

The Social Sciences Department at Michigan Tech was seeking a partner to dig in to the past and uncover the truths of the Anthropology program through the eyes of the students and faculty. Our team headed to campus and across the Copper Country to capture b-roll footage of students taking an active role in the historical work being done - from active research to hands-on labs and then captured interviews of selected students and faculty both in our studio and on campus.
