Client communication and support is provided by our operations manager and copy writer, Ashley Curtis. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Communication with a minor in Journalism. She has served as our operations, account, and project manager and copy writer since 2012, and has an additional five years of journalistic experiences with news outlets.

Leveraging her experience in journalism, Ashley also generates content for press releases for Monte clients and works with media outlets to publish the releases using a database of media outlets across the nation in industries ranging from engineering to plastics and news, radio, and television broadcast stations around Michigan.

She helps keep the project on track and interacts with the client for specific information related to the project. She also works with Matt and Lauren on naming, messaging, and content development tasks, including search engine optimization, and assists with video development and website edits.
