Authentic
Taking photos of food is no easy feat. Capturing the sizzle of a pepper, the steam of the posole, and the sweet aroma of a burrito is a challenge. Matt visited Rodeo several times to get photos of the prep work, cooking (and baking) processes, as well as the plating and boxing. Bonus: Matt also got to taste test from the menu!
Our goal was to show the entrés served at Rodeo, in their simple and authentic setting.
